Whenever we talk of great innovators such as Bill Gates and Steve Jobs one thing is always true; their talent was nurtured and encouraged by their parents from a very young age. One thing that we know is that innovation will be placed at a premium as globalization continues to rearrange a lot of conventional jobs and careers in the western world and move them elsewhere.

The future of our world and global economy will favor those who can innovate and that is why it is important for us to work hard in nurturing that creative side in our kids.
